Hungary

Zsuzsanna, Saroja, Alistair and myself decided to take a little trip to Hungary....so off we set on good ole Easy "We always leave late" Jet to Budapest. With a 2 hour delay getting there (after a few pimms and lemonade) we finally left Gatwick to arrive in the lovely sunshine.

Zsuz brother came and picked us up (how is that for service) and via a detour to his place dropped us off to our hotel.

With 8 days in Hungary we decided to spend a few nights in Budapest and then go off and explore the beautiful country with our very own Hungarian speaking guide - Saroja. Ha ha ha. Yeah right....

In Budapest we saw a selection of amazing sights:


Someone was too lazy to talk around the pool of water so they went across...

And food....doesn't that look healthy!! But it is sooo tasty!



After that we headed down to Kaposvar for a night to meet Zsuz friend's and check out the funky little town.

Then to the Lake.

We were lucky enough to stay in one of the little villages surrounding the lake and stay at Zsuz family's batch. It was pure heaven!

Fresh fruit on the trees outside, a view to die for and fresh, wonderful, tasty food.





Oh and lets not forget the 30 degree heat, the tans, the lovely lake and the speedos (not so lovely)....

All in all - a fanastic, amazing fun trip. Thanks Zsus for everything.....It was fun!!!
